Shipping & Handling
Goods are usually delivered by post or carrier, who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Large items are delivered by our manufacturers own transport, please ensure that there is enough space for these large vehicles to manoeuvre at the delivery address.

Delivery charges
A Delivery charge of £20 applies to all orders under £100. Also all single span polyhouses from our Euro & Standard ranges are subject to delivery charges, please see our illustrated guide located in the FAQ section to calculate your delivery charge. Don’t forget that prices exclude VAT.

Delivery Schedule
Small items we will try to deliver within 7 days of your order confirmation. Larger items we do not keep in stock and they will be made up for you on confirmation of your order, our normal service for this is two to three weeks from order confirmation for standard polyhouses. Circumstances beyond our control may effect delivery dates and no liability can be accepted for variations to promised delivery dates.

VAT
All prices quoted on this site require VAT to be added at the rate in force at the date of supply.

Payment
All goods remain the property of D & N Polytech until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment terms for authorised credit account customers are 30 days from date of invoice. For non-account customers we request payment with order by debit/ credit card.

Guarantee
All materials supplied by UK Polytunnels Ltd are sold to the customer with the full benefit of our suppliers guarantee where available. While every care is taken to ensure our products are of the highest quality, the seller's liability shall not exceed the value of the defective item.
Refunds/Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with any purchase form UK Polytunnels Ltd and we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect the goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defects. If you are not completely satisfied then simply return the products to us in the original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the carriage.

Cancellations
With the exception of goods specially made for customers on order we will accept cancellations when they are made in writing to sales@ukpolytunnels.com within 7 days from date the order was placed.

Privacy Policy
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date (if you choose to pay using this method). This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at UK Polytunnels Ltd possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We do not send marketing emails to non customers, personal email addresses 'spam'.
